With My File, you have online access to your personal medical record. Where and when you want. You can view results, ask a question to your healthcare provider, or prepare for your appointment. This way, you gain more insight into your health. With the My File Amsterdam UMC app, you always have your medical record at hand.

In the My File Amsterdam UMC app, you can:

• Manage personal information
• Manage and prepare appointments
• View and send messages to and from your healthcare providers
• View results
• Fill in medications and allergies
• Request repeat prescriptions
• Complete questionnaires
• Enter data for home monitoring

Upload your health data, including data from the Apple Health app when participating in a home monitoring treatment plan.

Are you already a patient at Amsterdam UMC or do you have a referral from your general practitioner? Then you can create an account for My File through the app yourself. You can easily do this with DigiD. Download the My File Amsterdam UMC app and click on the 'Log in and register DigiD' button.
